These Terms & Conditions are specific to this event and in addition to the Barnes Fitness Terms & Conditions which you will need to agree to when you register.

• Entry fees are non-refundable. This also applies if the event is cancelled due to circumstances outside the organisers control.  

• Entrants must be fit to take part and, if necessary, should seek advice from their GP.  Any condition should be written on the back of your race number. 

• Entrants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who remains on the field during the race.  

• Whilst every reasonable care is taken, entrants cannot hold the organisers, sponsors, or landowners responsible for their safety.  

• The course is unsuitable for wheelchair users.   

• For reason of safety, no pets, dogs, or horses are allowed. Only people with a guide dog will be permitted and if we are advised, a position at the rear of the field will be allocated.  Equally, no entries are permissible from people on roller skates, in wheelbarrows, pushchairs, carrying objects for charity etc.  

• All entrants must show consideration for other users of public footpaths and rights of way.  

• The organisers reserve the right to withdraw entrants from the event and anyone that opts to continue does so entirely at their own risk.

• Photographs taken by Twyford Together or the local media may be used for promotion on our website, social media, newsletter, posters, leaflets and in the local press.  

• Contact details are solely for the purpose of the fun run. You will not be added to any mailing lists and contact details will not be passed to third parties. 

• Barnes Fitness and Twyford Together comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and you have the right of access to your personal records, held on the computer.
